I repotted and seperated these about a month or two ago, we've had some strong wind and it essentially blew them out of the pots I had them in. Seeing the roots (or lack thereof) I think its safe to say I did a bad job of it, but is there any changes I can make that might help them.

Located in Subtropical Australia so currently winter, potted in mix of 50% succulent potting soil and 50% perlite, generally water once a month but err on the side of fighting the urge to water them too often.

They should be fine. I would just put them back in dirt they should put out new roots as long as the soil has some moisture.

I had one that looked worse than these and with a little TLC, it’s back in action and growing great.
