Give in to the clover overlords. At least it’ll stay low and green. Drought tolerant to boot!

It’s native mimosa. We don’t have much native grasses in Georgia so that’s sort of the native grown cover. It always pops up in the summer at my home in Atlanta. I’ve hand pulled it the last few years and I also get weed treatment and it’s not as bad this year.

Bitter chamber
They get seeds on the underside of the leaves, looks like yellow grapes, will see on the more taller mature ones.
Treat asap, may take a couple apps.
I can help, I have a small landscape company in Vinings/Buckhead if you’re close

It is called by several different names: Stonebreaker, Gripeweed, Leafflower, Shatterstone, Chamberbitter. Obviously, it is a weed and a tough one to control with standard weed killers.
Try these two: Celsius WG or Blindside. Both are safe for warm season grasses such as Bermuda or Zoysia.
Chamber bitter…I sprayed mine with Celsius about 5 weeks ago and it halfway died but today I noticed new ones growing already so going to have to spray it again.

Celsius WG is my choice.

Is Celsius WG better than a 2-4 D?
