I’ve never seen anything like this before. Should I be worried? I water every other week, pot has rocks in the bottom as well as a small drainage pan on the bottom. It gets about 5-7 hours of light a day
Looks like mushrooms erupting out of the soil. Not a big deal but make sure you aren’t keeping the soil constantly moist

Leucocoprinus birnbaumii, a gilled mushroom common in nurseries and houseplants. It’s not harmful, though mildly toxic if ingested.

I had a couple random shrooms growing in a snake plant once that looked quite similar. Didn’t seem to bother the plant, she’s still going strong a couple of years later! I did remove the mushroom though because it creeped me out lol
