Monday afternoon vs this afternoon – Austin, Tx. Zeon zoysia was drying out in the full sun areas from weeks of upper 90’s, zero rain, 1x/week watering restrictions, and maybe not the best diy sprinkler coverage.
1/3 a can of tournament ready (back and front yard), followed by a watering day and 2/3” real rain and we’re back in business! I might hit that area with some more chelated liquid iron once it dries out a bit to even things out.

Looks like you applied a filter to the after image. None of the colors match up, the rocks, the neighbors pool are more vibrant and rich in color. Also dosnt look like the pictures were taken at the same time in the day. Not saying there wasn’t progress made. Just looks a bit manipulated.

Conversely, mine did the opposite after the stretch of 90-100 deg rainless days last week.
