this interesting little uh tree here is uh called a Japanese Cornell and it’s in the Cornus family and it’s got loads of these little yellow blossoms at the moment just covered in them and later in the year they have this weird little kind of purple red fruits which you can eat but apparently that don’t taste very nice and uh it’s just quite unusual you don’t really see many of these and uh this are some February really nice unusual yellow flowers and this plant comes from Korea China and Japan and it’s deciduous and yeah it’s so really interesting there are so many different types of corners and this is one um I don’t think I’ve ever seen this one before but um yeah little kind of weird little fruits that look a little bit like GOI berries uh which are said to be a little bit as stringent but uh very good for you and very good for birds and things as well uh interesting the bark change up on last year’s growth is a different color to the older bark and very very stunning little plant very nice interesting plant to find today
