My monstera's been in this spot since last autumn and doing fine. In the past 2 months, I've notice the new leaves becoming smaller and with less fenestrations.
☀️ Sun exposure: Bright indirect, it's summer so gets more sun than usual
💧Watering : Every two weeks
🌱Fertilizer : "Liquid plant food" from Aerogarden every watering during spring and summer
🪴 Pot: 15 inches, been two years since the last time I repotted it
What's wrong?

You’re going to end up on houseplant circlejerk with this one, lol. That’s a lovely plant.
To be honest, I think this is a non-issue. How much bigger do you want it to get?? It’s probably reaching the extent of the nutrients it can pick up in that pot and it’s just decided, “okay! I’m happy where I am.”
Check back if you start noticing yellowing or dying leaves.
nothings wrong, less light = smaller leaves , less light = fewer fenestrations .
you can see the stems getting longer, growing towards window & up, above larger leaves
Nothing wrong with it
For better growth you need more light and to check the rootball
Its a new leaf..!
