First time owner here. I got this one in April and still no roots. I over watered it when I first got it, so I needed to remove a few pieces. No water since. What should I be doing? Thank you!

Looking at the third pic you can remove the brown material that’s there and any leaves that are rotting or shriveling. After cleaning you can apply some cinnamon to the area as it’ll help with microbial control. When it’s stable you can apply sometimes rooting hormone to help encourage root growth. When potting use a pot slightly larger than the plant. The soil should be a mix that drains well. Keep it in an area with bright indirect light with good air circulation. As for watering you can mist occasionally. When you notice that it’s establishing itself you can try bottom watering.
