That looks like droppings from cabbage moths if I remember correctly from growing them in the past.

It looks like horned tomato worm poop to me.

Cabbage moth/cabbage butterfly caterpillar frass; there are five visible in the first photo. Sneaky little things. Start by picking off the caterpillars, and then go hunting for eggs. Those are small and either off-white or yellowish.
Probably cabbage looper worms. THey’re likely inside your cabbage heads by now. They suck and attack all brassicas. Look for eggs on the underside of the leaves.
