Spread about 8 yards of topsoil over around 2800sqft backyard and spread seeds bought from striped seed in Canada(PRG, KBG, creeping red fescue mix). Had a great germination rate. Seeds started sprouting everywhere at around day 10 and the bare spots were filled in by around one month. The last picture is 2 months since overseeding. Pretty happy with the results đ
