The before and after. Part of why I was able to get this place is that everyone else wanted a home with a lawn. The yard was nothing but weeds and dirt at first. Before is progress after a year, after is at four.
Looks magical. I particularly like the way you’ve mixed deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs.
A question though. Bridges are usually to get over water and so there’s a path at either end. I love the bouldery slope with driftwood but why the bridge to it?

I love what you’re doing! Really like how you designed the berms with bushes/trees covered in rocks and drift wood. It’s looking a lot like natural creek beds and makes me want to explore for… rocks and drift wood!
We’re in the very very beginning of this process and I’m going to show these to my husband for inspiration.
