  1. I still can’t tell what you’re saying when you talk while you’re laughing. I do love your laugh and your talk, but also think you have too much of value to communicate for us to miss! Heal well, Jess. Amazing garden. Amazing you!

  2. I really like abe lincolns but they dont grow well in my area of hills in n. Idaho. If I had a longer growing season it would be good for them .

  3. Great to know you had your dental work and are on the other side of it.
It's super seeing you in your garden.
    Be well!

  4. I agree with another who commented how adorable you are with the cheeks! ❤ I am literally traveling down to SC and I believe we are bringing more rain with us. 😊Well from VA to NC so far.

  5. Had my top wisdom teeth out about 6 weeks ago top only. Was swollen for a week. My garden is coming in well. Praying for a fruitful harvest. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge. Blessings from Arizona

  6. Okay I have to be honest, I’m jealous of your big ol’ tomatoes. That’s at least a month away for me. I guess I’ll have to live vicariously through your garden until then. Take good care of yourself. 💕

  7. So glad your dental ordeal is passed you. Extractions are never fun. Your Perfect Storm Hibiscus is so lovely. I don’t have the space, but if I did, I would definitely grow Dr. Witchy’s tomatoes! WhenI look at your beautiful garden the word I think of is Lush! So green, so full, and even in it’s wildness, it’s amazing! Thank you Jess for sharing. Keep healing and resting.❤️✝️🙏🇺🇸

  8. It's great to see you back in your garden Jess ❤ Macha tea & all, hehe. What gorgeous tomatoes, and those huge hibiscus, oh my!!: Will they grow in zone 9 A/B?? Easy coming back from being sick… especially in this heat .. ❤❤❤

  9. Hey Jess, I am growing Paul Roberson for the first time here in Michigan. So Excited. I will definitely keep Yall Posted. Support ❤

  10. Hope you’re feeling better soon! My favorite this year is my sunrise bumble bee (or something- I’m embracing chaotic gardening this year with a toddler. They’re small, striped and orange).

  11. Glad you are recovering well and taking care of yourself. Your tomatoes are amazing.
Love from Mary in Southern California 💗

  12. I was excited to see a video that was not marked VLOG, chat, garden tour, etc. Unfortunately, not an old Roots-and-Refuge/Jess style video-but more of the new style content. Miss your old type of content. 😢

  13. Dr. Wyche's used to be our all time favorite, but the Kellogg's Breakfast edges it out!! I've heard several YT homesteaders say that. Last year, I had a few Kellogg's tomatoes that were 2 pounds and one was almost 16 inches around! The taste is heaven!! I love Dr. Wyche's second best, though. You have an embarrassment of riches with your gorgeous tomatoes, LOL!

  14. You’re going to love this, I put tomatoes in my green stock looking so good. Last night the deer ate them half down. OMG
Maybe I’ll have to see if they get any new blooms. Minnesota so sad
