Nigel Stanton is again opening his garden to benefit the British Red Cross and Highland Hospice. It happens this weekend.
THE stunning Ross-shire garden lovingly nurtured by a retired horticulturalist will be thrown open to the public again this weekend for two worthy local causes.
By kind permission of Nigel Stanton, the beautiful hidden garden at 7 Braes of Conon will open once again this year in aid of The British Red Cross on Saturday and then on Sunday for Highland Hospice.
The garden boasts stunning displays of delphiniums and roses amongst a wide variety of complimentary shrubs and perennials.

He said: “After an exceptionally cold and wet winter, the hot and dry spell has done wonders for the roses. The Rambling Rector is at its best and the new cream David Austin Malvern Hills has settled well and is taking off beautifully.”
Tea and home baking and a raffle add to the appeal.
The open garden takes place on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29 from 2-5 pm at 7 Braes of Conon, Conon Bridge, IV7 8AX.
