    Repot into a gritty substrate…most succulents are sold in the worst soil that will set you up for failure. It retains too much water. you’ll want to use a gritty mix like bonsai jack…it allows for airflow. Also echeverias need lots and lots of light. If you do not have enough lighting from a window you may consider getting a growlight (don’t buy just any growlight. Some are not strong enough). Only water when the substrate is bone dry and leaves are wrinkling. Succulents rot easily if watered too frequently. You want to use the soak and dry method. If you do use a gritty mix, bottom water is great. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask! Good luck!
