I am thinking of getting this top cut of Philodendron Gloriosum…

Based on the photo, does this look like a quality cut to you?

Does the new growth indicate it's going to keep producing leaves and mature well?

Any care tips, potential red flags, or rooting advice you’d recommend at this stage?

It’s a glorious, which is gloriosum x melanochrysum. Incredibly easy to grow if you can provide good light and something to climb (moss pole, plank). It’s a top cut so yes theoretically the new leaves will be the same maturity level. As for roots, ask for a root pic?
