I thought they are aphids but they are hard. Looks like scale to me. The plant looks relatively healthy and interestingly they only attack one leave and stem. I physically remove them but somehow they come back. How to get rid of them? I live on a small island where pesticides are not exactly available and or are costing more than a plant. Any cost effective solution? For now i just remove them by hand.
Its an indoor plant, doesnt get a lot of light but its growth is steady and new leaves look healthy.
Watering once a week.
