I've had my string of hearts for about a year. I def need to pot up in a bigger size but recently noticed these leaves are different. With more white (white in general) on them. Both of my plants seem to have one vine like this.
The last pic is a prop of what I was told is a variagated (I think) string of hearts. Is that correct?
Pic 1 "normal" leaves (can see some of the weird leaves)
Pic 2 "weird" leaves
Pic 3 variagated prop?

Pic 1 is a ceropegia woodi linearis (string of hearts), aka the normal versions. Pic 2 and 3 are ceropegia woodi linearis variegata (variegated string of hearts). The second one looks whites cause it hasn’t fully matured or is not receiving enough light. They look healthy, but the variegation will get pinker the more light it gets.
My baby looks more like your first pic – newer leaves at the top have a bit more green in them, but the leaves on the vines are mostly white with some green specs. I’m pretty sure that’s just the behaviour of that certain species, cos mine is growing like a weed right now, with new leaves and flowers popping up everywhere
