Hulk Hogan is bringing some star power to New York City’s nightlife scene.
According to a report from the New York Post, Hogan will lend his name and likeness to “Slam,” a new three-level, 9,000-square-foot bar located at 461 8th Avenue — right across from Madison Square Garden’s iconic wrestler entrance. The $7 million project is spearheaded by nightlife veteran Rich Rosen and will feature Hogan memorabilia, highlight reels of the 12-time World Champion, and a rooftop bar.
The location previously housed Cousin Jimmy’s BBQ.
