I can make the support taller but they are already leaning as it is. Can I trim the top off? Will it fill out again lower down?

It may not fill back in at the base but begonias propagate very easily from cuttings. You could cut it into multiple props and plant them all back together for a fuller looking plant

  2. You can! And then stick the cuttings back into the pot! 😍 Or pop them in a vase with water. They grow in water. I have 3 cuttings growing in water now! Where it cut it it will sprout leaves again. But it takes rather long! Don’t lose hope.

I constantly have to trim mine back. They grow like weeds.
