This plant has always been rather bendy, tried supporting it with sticks, didn't work, too heavy, but it was staying upright, and I kind of balanced it on the desk you see in the photo.
Well today i moved it around a bit, balanced it again, and after some 20 minutes it gave up and fell flat. I was in the room and heard no cracking sound, and the branching point looks fine. My girlfriend recommends I air layer the stem, cut it and replant it higher up so that it will be more stable, but right now I'm in an overwhelming period and I can't feel like doing anything.
What are some signs in case the plant cannot feed the branch correctly anymore (if something broke inside), and if that happens, what should I do (as simple as possible)
I water it around once every 2 weeks, it has been growing like crazy for the past few months, like a leaf every 2 weeks. Sits in a room that gets light the entire day, but not next to the window.
