Will these tubers of string of hearts give anything? No leaves attached.

  1. Its worth a try! Had a really young zz die back to the tuber after messing by underwatering and still kept on watering til it came back. I know its not the same plant but yours doesnt look rotted and mushy so theres a chance if you stick it in the appropriate dirt (well draining) and water it like normal, it might can put out some new vines.

    Yes, they contain the genetic material to produce new growth.

    Yes, yes they can. I have about 10 tubers right now that are sprouting new strings. The previous strings had died and I pulled them all off and left the tubers bc they were still firm to the touch and about a month later saw a lil pink string n heart. Mine are all Var. hearts but they are now all putting out new strings months later.
