  1. I love all the plants you described in the video. I am a container balcony gardener in a condo. I would especially like to see a dedicated video to container gardening, that is as colorful as those shown, for part sun (morning) light recipients.

  2. Thank you so much for a wonderful garden tour today and so much great garden information loved all the beautiful flowers

  3. No, they don't last in pots in places that freeze. The dirt in the bottoms of the pots turn into ice, and rain and snow melts but cannot drain out, which makes the soil mucky and drowns the plants.

  4. I planted some Hostas in a pot a few years ago and it does wonderful , going to try some other this year. Annuals are getting so expensive

  5. Thank you so much, my dear friend for another wonderful post. Thanks for so much. Great gardening information also beautiful beautiful plant

  6. Yes perennials can be grown in containers; however, here in Zone 9 due to extreme heat and drought conditions, i treat them as annuals unless I water them every single day and move them out of direct sunlight during hottest part of day. What fun is that? The only ones that will survive are the Encore azaleas which bloom early spring, then again in mid summer and one more time in the fall. Not a paid endorsement, just stating fact as a 50+ year gardener.
