It’s possible it’s still alive. Give it a thorough watering like let it soak maybe for a couple of hours then put it in a a brightly lit area that doesn’t get any direct sun. no guarantees though.

Those are stress colors. Some people prefer the more hard-grown reds, pinks, purples, browns, and oranges over the green colors of haworthias that get more water and less light. It looks like it would appreciate some water.
Was there a big change in light for your plant recently? It’s very etiolated, so I’m wondering if it was moved to the window from a shadier place. If so, it might be good to give it a little bit less light until it gets less stressed, then gradually acclimate it to the window again.
In addition, here are a couple general care links I’ve found helpful:

That’s just its sunstress color. Give it less direct sun to get it back green. But, the color doesn’t really mean anything harmful.

I agree with the others, that plant is likely still alive, just darker colored from the sun!

I think it will be fine. I got a haworthia from my sister in law when she got divorced. Ex didn’t want it and she had it on her porch for 2 months before giving it to me. Hadn’t watered at all and it bounced back, even gave me a little pup this year. Definitely water it if you haven’t for two weeks but it should recover. Mine was brown just like this when I first got it
