I believe it is a zebra plant, correct me if I’m wrong. I rescued this guy from the cleaners section. It was doing okay for about 2 weeks. I added fertilizer about 4 days ago and now some of the leaves are dying. I water it once a week. Pour water on top then let it soak up water from the bottom. It sits on my counter with a door and window facing north, so not direct sun. Is there hope on saving it?

Either research and implement its perfect ideal conditions or get rid of it. You will more than likely be stuck with a stick that will never have more than four leaves and will eventually die after you have painstakingly tried your best to bring it back.
Lots of light, wet the soil, then ensure good drainage. You’ve got this!

They HATE drying out and will wilt dramatically in protest if they’re not watered in a timely manner. I legit have to water mine every 3-4 days (it’s in a 5″ pot). They also like a LOT of light esp in order to bloom (bright indirect is best or grow lights but they can handle a bit of direct sun only if the leaves do not get hot). Your pale color indicates u need more light. If u are a watering lagger, try one of these inexpensive (but aesthetic) [Mainstays Aquaterra](https://www.walmart.com/search?q=mainstays%20aquaterra%20self%20watering%20planter) self-watering pots at Walmart. I moved mine to one this season and it has really helped. Mine was a rescue but it bloomed last year. This year it has 2 heads so I hope it’ll have 2 blooms!
