That baby fern on the bottom is a Japanese painted fern that has survived a lot of trauma.. I put it in there to nurse it back to health. hopefully it will be okay. But yeah these are so fun. Just have a gnat issue. It's hard dealing with them in terrariums. I nuked a succulent that used to live in place of the fern lol, using neem oil. I may try diamataceous Earth, I have some.. the BTI does not seem to be working.
Anyhow, I love this little green world.

Hey ZestycloseGrocery543
Did you know succulents have adapted to grow and thrive in areas with limited water sources, dry periods, and bright direct light? Most terrarium spaces are the exact opposite of that which can cause terrariums to fail! If it’s your first terrarium don’t fret, we have a list of resources to help you build a successful and happy terrarium!
Have you checked out our [resource page](https://www.reddit.com/r/terrariums/wiki/index/resources/)?

BTI will take a few waterings, took about a month and a half for me to notice fewer gnats. I used DE in some potted plants, it gets EVERYWHERE unless i just suck at using it. I just started a couple terrariums and idk about using DE in them, i feel like if you did there will be white dust in it forever. More experienced terrarium people should definitely chime in on that. The DE definitely helped though.
It looks great 💚💚💚💚💚
What moss/plant is in the bottom left?
Looking good!
