  1. Your base material is not correct you essentially created a pond in your back yard: water isn’t going to flow thru sand that will. Base material should be drain rock then a thin layer of paver sand or 3/8 chip rock. And do not use a roller must be compacted with a vibrating plate 2 inch lifts

  2. Also like this gets so hot it makes being outside unenjoyable. If you want to love your backyard don’t do this.
