SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
A man who went swimming in the Sacramento River is missing after he went under water and did not resurface, according to the Sacramento Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the river near Garden Highway just north of Interstate 5 around 4 p.m. for a water rescue.
