In the past, this plant was massive, filled in all around the pot, and flowered, but for the last year or so, it seems to be growing much slower and I haven’t seen flowers for at least three or four months. The soil looks a bit weird on top, but I feel like it been like that for years.
I water it about 1x week (when the top inch is dry) and it gets indirect sun throughout the day but particularly in the morning. I even tried using Superthrive but haven’t seen any change.

Mine has stayed the same size since I got it, it’ll droop and I water it. Old flowers die and shrivel, I pull them out.

It’s in horrible dirt from the store that becomes rock hard before the droop. I’m probably the reason it doesn’t grow more lol

So I guess what I’m saying is, you can put way less effort in and get the same results, apparently haha

They don’t seem to have an upper limit when it comes to light. Even at an 8-hour sun, south facing window, they still stretch a bit and press against the glass. The feint color and long stems on yours suggest far too little light.
A strong grow light straight overhead has kept one of mine compact.

Tricky plant for at home to keep perfectly content.

When was the last time you added nutrients, changed the soil, and repotted?
