First pear graft is taking! What do I do to make sure I don’t lose it like the others?

This year I wrapped my grafts in plastic bags to keep them from drying out and it seems to have worked. Grafted about two months ago and line in 7a Virginia. Do I keep the plastic and foil on for now, and if so when do I take it off or is there anything else I should be doing? Many thx
