Designed for a multi-generational family, the house includes seven identical bedrooms, ensuring comfort and equity. It seamlessly integrates with amenities like guest houses, pools, and sports clubs, facilitating smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Three courtyards, each centered around a mango tree, provide natural light, ventilation, and tranquil views, enhancing the interior spaces. The landscape design adopts a naturalistic style, with gardens that reflect wilderness beauty, featuring vibrant plants and sculpted lawns.

the house is completely modern all the amenities all the [Music] fac but beyond that connecting you to the nature you heard the parrots coming number of people has increased because they found cozy homes for them as well and that’s the [Music] beauty I’m architect herein Patel from Amad and we are in the city of Anan we call this the house of three Courtyards this is a house for the joint family grandfather would require different kind of privacy two brothers would require another kind of thing their children would getting married and family married life would require next level of privacy but they are all together so we thought creating the co chairs and segregating them house will form very [Music] beautiful now as I said that we had lovely Lily [Music] Pond and if we create let’s say a building over here so you have the connection the pool Guest House Lily Pond we got four sided different Gardens Southside [Music] Garden we theous spond over here see you can this are the chipping of the [Music] birs and then you have a garden to choose so let’s say in Winter you will love going on the southern side here it’s like we have large Veranda huge height we thought it will be good to create the little stairs of a lawn and plant a lovely dead pumps and I’m so happy to see the now Debs started coming these debts are not for us the are debts are for the [Music] birds so House of the card actually has existing big with tail and coconut palm varieties were there so we choose path to walk between them and then you enter to the main Vera of the house we have the Ganesha after you open the door what you focus is a Puja it’s it’s a respect to the whatever the belief family has [Music] it have the backd off with the thicky work which is very special of udur where when you L up the candles you will see the multiple figures in that it looks very very magical we have a central Courtyard so we created the open sitting with the water bodies surrounding with the fountains [Music] we planted the huge ficus tree actually Fus tree here we have huge Fus tree here and the [Music] rest so house form like one L will become the public another L will become the sleeping Zone and the central will become Courtyard and there everybody will come and enjoy and it’s a cour it’s a brahan wisdom of Our Own Heritage so this is a modern version of CH in traditional houses of Courtyard you have the walkways we have the same thing but this walkway has been covered with the glass fin station which controls from the sound to the dust to the heat to everything inside the [Music] house aluminum window makes the life easy because it is very study easy to maintain termite free so these are the like large passages so we have sit outs it’s like I would say it’s a gallery to Showcase art and everything for this entire [Music] house but this kind of house require a further styling of the house the southern part which is more public Paces so the kitchen came on to the supporting kitchen over [Music] there beo [Music] D powder toilet and large family [Music] SP so it’s very near to the grandfather so he can come and watch the TV and it’s extension of his own bedroom whe we made his big outdoor Vera just huge you can see that it’s so conv because again it’s a joint family so we wanted that big space for them Prime areas was given for former drawing room where the guest will come see the Puja room and enter in when you are on design board you create the bigger space and then when you realize that you have big space how you make it Compact and Cozier this is home not the hotel most of the guest will come till this room and go back so this become very important so private Wing just goes like this consisting four bedroom for young people senior people we are making two bedroom next to each other the grandfather is prime location where it’s very convenient for him to walk to the dining room TV room and everything all seven bedrooms are completely identical we have seven different rooms with a seven different personality each bedroom has their own private personality from kids room to grandfather’s requirement to the young CLE requirement to the mid age fam’s requirement because we believe the equality in the [Music] joint but to has a lovely outdoor s space between the Lily Pond and the F will be created a Gip and when you are fing the gazibo you are connected the both [Music] side when I was talking today with a grandfather in his bedroom sitting on his table looking to the beautiful therapy Garden on the east side a 96 year old grandfather is telling that Mr Patel you have done such a wonderful job for me and my family and and I am thankful for that is biggest blessings I would say we have at HBA team

    Beautiful house,layout and landscaping. Rare to such an architectural design in modern times which complements the Hindu way of living .
    Although kitchen seems very empty.

    Modern it's ok but something should be designed a traditional touch not 50/50 atleast 80/20 but it's fine house overall it's not just Good home the peace in green environment
