  2. I just planted my tomato plants and my sweet pepper plants. It’s been so rainy and I am so far behind. My planting was interrupted by a shower!

  3. Gary, I noticed your blackberries are Loaded. Do you prune them to get the bushy look and more fruit or what is the key? Mine are not looking anything like yours

  4. I see blueberry reminds me i picked them in PA farm years ago for Summer money during school was out. Haven't touched blueberry since ate so much of it lol. That is great looking blueberry

  5. I’m very impressed with my GreenStalk, very well made and each tray is huge! Very worth the investment, thank you!

  6. Here in the low AZ desert our tomatoes, peppers and eggplants are producing like crazy. But with the high heat coming in, those tomatoes will stop producing and keeping them alive for the late summer/early fall season will be difficult! Such a difference in parts of our country!!! My black mission fig gives me wonderful figs once a year.

  7. I grow plants to sell and I have many plants left over that have to go into my own garden. They aren't the quality I want to sell but they fine for my own garden. Last season was the FIRST time I grew for sale and I just got carried away and planted way too many. Those small pots do dry out so fast. Each day I have some that didn't get their fair share of waterand I reuse the soil mix they are in and my compost pile gets fed!!! Nothing goes to waste!

  8. I totally like how you repurpose items for the Garden.🌱 I started doing those things lately because everything is so expensive. Someone threw out an old cute Chevy truck that was made for a kid to ride in ,me and my husband took out all the mechanical stuff out of it, drilled some holes in it Put a treated piece of plywood that repainted, and we’re gonna use the back of the bed for a pot of flowers or garden or whatever for the garden ..,then someone threw out a garage fan those big round circle fans that people use in the garage,Well my husband picked it up thinking that it would work and he tried messing with it.
It didn’t work, but a lightbulb went off in my head and said let’s take all the mechanical part the blade and everything out and I’ll have an oval raised bed for the backyard and it works and it’s a bright orange ,It’s real pretty so as soon as I harvest my potatoes, I will put all the soil in that raised ,bed my homemade riaised bed. Those probably things are probably $100. You know it was a big round fan. I don’t even know 27 inches across. Maybe I have to measure it but I’m starting to learn to use things that we can find… thank you for the ideas that you give me now I look around at people’s trash and think if I could use it in my garden and those two items worked out great💚💚💚🌱🌱🌱

  9. Your blueberries look incredible. Mine are on the 3rd or 4th year and look puny – I think I need to work on the soil acidity…

  10. Ugh, I found the first lanternfly nymphs on my grapes this year. They are still a lot smaller here smaller than a ladybug because it has been such a cold spring this year, but I found about 10 or so on my grape plant and I smashed them all, but you have to be so quick because they jump like grasshoppers. I just think of it like a game.. I haven't seen any more so far, so hopefully I crushed them all!!!

  11. a "landscaper" weedwhacked my main garden bed with no warning… so very much looking at what i can still direct sow in mid june since i have to start over. at least i have a few things in pots but gotta make the best of it
