Canandaigua’s thrilling 2025 boys lacrosse season has reached its conclusion. The Gray Wolves are set to appear in their third NYSPHSAA championship game, and will take on one of New York state’s most prestigious programs.
Garden City-VIII has nine state titles, third-most in state history. The Trojans have won two of the last three Class B titles, including an 8-1 decision over Canandaigua in the 2022 final.
With a win, Canandaigua would join Victor as the only Section V programs with multiple state titles (Penn Yan can also join that club this weekend).
