Does it have a lid to keep the moisture inside? If yes, you don’t really have to water it. If it doesn’t have the lid, you could buy one or you’ll have to water it regularly. If it’s well made it should be careless. Later you could trim overgrown plants if you want to keep it nice and neat. On the other hand you could let it overgrow and watch the progress. There is it’s own beauty in the dense jungle like environment.

Do yourself a favour and find either a cork lid or, even better, an acrylic one. The moss will thank you for it. Fittonias too. As for general care, theres tutorials aplenty over on YT. Good luck, it looks great!
