  1. Golly you are really wet. Wish we could get some of that rain. You are picking so much from your garden. Wish mine was producing like yours. Time will tell. Your veggies are beautiful. Hearts and Flowers coming your way. ❤️💐

  2. Have you guys looked into French drains for that high tunnel that keeps flooding? I remember my dad installing one in our yard and it greatly reduced the amount of times our basement flooded!

  3. You mentioned that soon you will be overflowing with cherry tomatoes, so Im sharing this mouth watering recipe. You think radishes are good roasted…. then you will love this!

    Roasted cherry tomatoes
    By "Dinner at the Zoo"

The tomatoes are halved, coated in garlic, olive oil and herbs, then baked at high heat until caramelized. These tomatoes make a great side dish or topping for feta smothered, toasted, buttery baguettes!

    Ingredients
    ▢16 ounces cherry tomatoes halved
    ▢2 tablespoons olive oil
    ▢1 teaspoon minced garlic
    ▢1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    ▢salt and pepper to taste
▢2 tablespoons fresh minced herbs such as parsley, basil or chives
    ▢cooking spray

    Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
Place the cherry tomatoes in a single layer on the sheet pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Drizzle the oil mixture over the tomatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the fresh herbs over the top, then serve.

  4. Fresh tomatoes are heaven, but if you have a super abundance of the grape/cherry varieties, try drying/dehydrating them. They are oh so good, better than candy!

  5. Jess, I just made fresh garden Ramen!!! It's 94*F outside. Soup is four-seasonal! I could eat soup from every flavor palate, everyday if it involves the garden! p.s. I just welcomed my snow peas back to the garden, hence the Ramen!!!! Blessings to you all as well.

  6. I love the wildness, it's so beautiful. I started gardening in 2017 and that first year was a major success. Every year after has been a partial to complete failure. Some has been my fault, but a lot of it has been squirrels, raccoons, bugs and weather and sometimes I get so discouraged but every spring I'm back out there optimisically thinking "This is the year it will be better!". Thank you for always being so encouraging -Fluffy Bloomers

  7. I love this daily day in the life content! We are all loving through you while we garden in our small spaces. 14 – 30min videos are PERFECT to recharge in between my work breaks/lunches. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing! ❤
