i came back to my apt more or less a month ago, and the person that was at my apartment before didn’t take care of my plant (and tbh my adhd also made me incapable of doing it before 😭
(im not watering her so far because the other plants i had were super watered by the person before, and they all had fungus on the earth and were in bad shape as well)
(it is near the window of my room, so it gets some light in the morning)
is there any way of saving her?

Unfortunately this leaf is a goner. I would check the roots. If they are healthy, clean it all off and either repot or stick in water. Since this leaf is dead, you can cut it off. It’s hard to tell from just one photo, but this could also be pests, like thrips.
