My older squash are getting powdery mildew. I think I will switch them out for some squash seedlings that I just hardened off. Thanks for the tips. Oh, and creating new roots! Anything to confound the pests😄

I am growing The Crown Prince and Japanese Kuri squash this October. Apparently in the low desert October is spring time. Im not used to any of the growing seasons here yet Kim
I harvested my first two summer squash yesterday. Im in North Alabama. Its just a standard yellow crooked neck. But ive already started sticking a few straight neck seeds in the ground for another round. Also dug some potatoes, pulled a couple onions and garlic scapes, and picked a few green beans and had homegrown beef stew with veggies harvested just hours before
