Love your posts. Thanks for your hard work.
You just described me!! I will be building a compost pile right after I finish my fence. š š
Hi Gary
How you would deal with clover weed in your raised beds with radishes taking all over the garden, thanks.
I intentionally left leaf piles on the thin areas of my bet shady back yard. Mixing lawn clippings in along the way and letting the grass around the thin spots go to seed before cutting and turning everything over. Tried to convince my lovely wife to pitch in her salad trimmings and coffee grounds but haven't swayed her into it just yet.
I donāt have a lot of space, but I love your alfalfa and wood pellet compost ! Ready in 2-3 months . I make mine in the fall and itās fabulous by spring. Ty for all your knowledge- Steve zone 6 b
In the summer when I donāt have a lot of brown, I like to use the plain brown packing paper that comes in my Amazon packages. It works great in my bins. Also cardboard boxes torn up.
Great info as usual. I suck at composting. Just can't get it right. I think mine has just been too dry. Thanks!
I have brownish blackish spots on the leaves of my eggplants. Is that a fungus? Should I spray with baking soda? Thanks.
I have a trash can like that. Most of the bottom is missing. I just got it a month or so back. I been thinking about dumpingbit out, and see if any off it is ready to be used
Question: Really want to get started on compost this year to use for next year but really only have about a 2 foot square space on our property I can use dedicated to only that. Any recommendations for something that size?
