The healthy pearls look plump and the unhealthy ones look soggy, so I’m guessing it’s overwatered. These retain water, so only water it when the pearls are starting to shrivel — maybe once every 3/4 weeks depending on the climate.
Pro tip… there’s a line down the middle of each pearl, water it when the “door closes.” Also, it needs lots of sun hitting the soil.

Don’t use the window/door closing method to determine water. Something else is wrong but this post explains why not to do that and some other common things you may be doing wrong https://www.reddit.com/r/houseplants/s/DuEnPjKK5r

There’s been a few times where I can’t tell if the windows have closed but if you feel the peak and it squishes, it could use water! When it’s firm it’s all good.👍🏻

NQA How often do you water? Do you wait until it’s dry? I almost killed mine because I didn’t realize the soil was bad and she had root rot from me overwatering, so now I wait until it’s dry to the bottom of the pot (check with your finger or a wooden chopstick) These guys also seem to really love sunlight, mine prefers it, though she tolerates some bright indirect.
