I picked up two props of sop and dolphins for 5 each. I usually kill them quite quickly but i’m holding out hope this time after doing more research.
I wasn’t able to discern when to transfer from cup to pot, and i’m not sure if the pot is too big for its current size. (4in pot) Basically afraid to do anything, since I don’t want to kill it so advice and tips are much appreciated!
Thank you!!

Pot is too big
Pots should be no larger than 1” up from the root ball. Strings also do well shallower pots since they have shallow root systems. Your current potting mix is still too organic – I use the same kind and cut it with 50/50 inorganic grit to soil mix. (MiracleGro is notorious for fungus gnats so beware).
Try and find unglazed/painted terracotta pots as it nullifies the benefits of terracotta
