Tall messy jungle but I love it. Penstemon and spiderwort blooming now.. Oh the clover too but sometimes I mow it. Later will be bee balm, coneflower, wingstem, asters, cup plant, and goldenrod. Way too much goldenrod!
Love it! I recently did this but left a big swath in the middle that I mowed around – sort of a wild oasis in the middle. It’s by far the most lively spot as far as bees and other friends to congregate. Yesterday I spotted 3 different kinds of bees all doing their thing.
