Dwarf Gollum Jade doing something odd


I have had this gollum jade for about 5 years at least, if not longer. It has always been very sturdy and tolerant, but in the last few months it has started shooting out these little root-like things all over its trunk. How do I help it? What does it want more of? 🙁

    Space or water I’d imagine. When was the last time you repotted it?
