I'm in northern IL and I posted a few weeks ago about planting a pollinator kit from Prairie Moon. They are all plugs so obviously I'm not expecting much to happen this year, so I was pleasantly surprised when my monarda popped out blossoms today!
After having my pollinator garden fully established at my old house of 23 years, I'm really excited to get things going at my new house (moved in last fall).

I just planted this one too and I love it!
Yay!! That’s wonderful. Mine is budding but hasn’t bloomed yet. This will be 2nd full season for it,
