I got this mostera plant in November
It gets indirect sunlight of about 4 to 6 hours
I pruned it a month back and after that it stopped growing.
I kept it indoors.
I water it everyday.
Also suggest some fertilizer for it please.

Are you growing it in cement? I suggest getting some appropriate soil.

My brother. Is that clay? New soil, yesterday. Look up a good Monstera/ Aroid soil, and either buy it or recreate it as best you can

Get proper potting soil and stop watering it every day.

Do nottttttttttt water it daily you’re drowning it. Also why do you have it potted in a brick

All of these responses are so privileged-American. Do you have access to stores that sell peat moss or potting soil? If not, leaf compost might work in a pinch. The soil you’ve used is too dense – what you should be trying to do is mimicking the environment the plant is endemic to, which has light, friable soil.

I think others have covered the soil composition issue pretty comprehensively, but I just wanted to chip in to say watering every day is definitely too much. Make sure the soil is dry for at least the top inch or two before watering again – mine doesn’t need it more than once a week but it will depend on your soil and climate.

When you repot with more suitable soil, check out the roots carefully. I’d be worried about root rot with that much watering.

    Good luck!

Mix that soil with coco and compost and that thing will start exploding. Will help aerate the roots and provide nutrients. I’ve “revived” aerial roots into carrot-like root chunks with a mix like that.
