yo friends if you only have room for one tree in your yard this is the tree I suggest this is a Juneberry tree also known as service berry or saskatoon berry it’s a large multi- stemmed like large shrub or small tree with these delicious delicious berries that I think are a cross between like blueberries and apples maybe even cherries in the spring it’s covered in these beautiful white flowers and then the first week in June it’s covered in these delicious berries it’s honestly one of the easiest trees to grow i oftent times see it here in a city grown just along a road no one really takes care of it fertilizes it or waters it it’s a native it’s hearty this thing grows on its own and it produces tons of fruit it’s a native so it feeds lots of native beneficial insects and pollinators and caterpillars and it’s super productive i can fill this gallon Ziploc baggie with berries in like just 20 minutes or so and literally just by picking the lowhanging
