Is there anything super important I should know about watering or soil or things of that nature? I have a philodendron that’s been doing pretty well, and I wasn’t sure if a pothos wants to be treated similarly? Any advice is really appreciated!

That’s so funny, I literally bought this SAME plant today from my local Publix, lol….i got it home a couple hours ago and shook out the old potting soil, put it in my own mix (organic potting mix and pearlite). The Mine was WELL rooted, so i took a few clippings with nodes out and put them in water to make some new plants! This cleared up a little root space so i was able to keep it in the same planter it came in! Yours is probably fine tbh…I just like propagating. I’d do a nice root check on yours and make sure shes not too crowded and in well-draining soil.
These are negligent friendly, put it in a window with decent light, water it when the soil is dry 1/3 through the pot, and grab a good organic fertilizer if you want her to stay strong. Pretty much the only way I’ve killed these is overwatering. They’ll get droopy and let you know when they’re thirsty.
