A few days ago, I removed the peat-heavy nursery soil from the roots of this echeveria (the roots looked normal) and planted it in dry succulent soil. Then, I placed it in a sunny location—though it might have received too much sun too soon. I have not watered it yet. 2 days ago, I noticed that one of the bottom leaves was shriveling up and turning brown. Today, I noticed that two of the bottom leaves had shriveled, thinned, and become discolored. The other bottom leaves look a bit wrinkly/discolored as well. What could be the cause? Is the plant stressed from the change of environment + its flower stalks (there are two flower stalks developing from its base)? Does it need water? I have moved it to a less sunny location.

I’m new to succulent care and…I mean I’ve never had transplant shock like this? I would say overwatering maybe but the color and the spotting on the shriveled leaves does not look like normal overwatering…maybe fungal disease? But wait till someone more educated answers, just wanting to see if my guess if right…
