This is my first philodendron billietiae and I absolutely love it 😍 the newest leaf has come out big but also semi striped. It’s about 4 weeks old.
She loves living by my front door on my entryway rack as a hanging plant. I know they are typically a climber but I love the way it’s adapting in the style.

Most likely lacking nutrition.
Perhaps magnesium or nitrogen deficiency
Maybe chlorosis from to much light? My florida green did something similar and it was to close to my grow light.
