Alocasia red petiole pink variegation?

I found this alocasia red petiole at my local garden centre. None of the others were variegated, just this one.

Was wondering about rarity and advice for keeping the variegation going.

Beautiful, but if the other leaf isn’t variegated, the variegation may not be stable.
