Personally, I’ve made the mistake of separating haworthia clusters similar to yours and ended up with a bunch of babies that I don’t know what to do with. Re-pot up a couple of inches for the new pot and admire the cluster as it fills out.

Keep it clumped, let it fill in the gaps. Just give it enough room for its roots.

I have this one as well and just repotted it. I broke it up into two pots and gave away like six little babies. Just personal preference. But I think it would do fine as is in the cluster form.
