Terrestrial bromeliad, but not an air plant. Air plants are by name epiphytes and don’t survive long when put in the ground, as constant moisture will quickly rot them out. Many bromeliads can be epiphytic, but without knowing the species, I couldn’t say whether or not this one is.

That’s an Aechmea, it’s in the same family as Tillandsia. They are both bromeliads

Bromilead, thats as far as I can go with that but some Bromileads are carnivorous which is cool

That’s a bromeliad, most likely of the Aechmea genus. I’m so jealous, their blooms are stunning!
