I have no idea what is on my xerographica leaves? I bought this xero because of how unique leaves, but now it has this spots and I don’t know why. I don’t think they were there when I brought her home.
Do you know if xero was an outdoor plant when you purchased it? Could me some bugs, fungus?

It was inside when I bought it. I found it at a nursery a little over an hour away from my town. I’m really hoping it’s not bugs or disease. I’ve got it separated from the rest just in case. I’m wondering if I should put it in a bowl (without lid) so I can place it very far away from the rest.
There is a possibility of cat damage. I found it knocked off its shelf yesterday.
